Cancellation Policy
Because I have to pay for all expenses in advance I have to be strict on my cancellation policy, I know you will understand. By purchasing this class you are acknowledging that you understand the cancellation policy.
Cancel 60 days prior to Boot Camp and receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation dates for each Boot Camp are included in their description.
No refunds will be given after 60 days but you can send someone else in your place

Organizing Your Digital Scrapbook Supplies and Photos with the Photoshop Elements Organizer (the Organizer is now available for the Mac in Photoshop Elements 9)
This is the most important class you will ever take for digital scrapbooking! If you can’t find your photos and supplies in your computer you’ll be frustrated and won’t accomplish anything.
Organizing your scrapbook supplies and photos sounds boring but it’s essential to your sanity and easy to set up.
If you’re just starting out digital scrapbooking this is the perfect class for you to take. If you’ve already accumulated a lot of digital photos and supplies it’s not too late! Learn how to:
- Organize your digital scrapbook supplies so that you can find them by color, type of element, designer, or theme in seconds flat.
- Set up the Organizer to suit your particular organizing style.
- Explore options for organizing that you never thought possible.
- Keep track of the digital supplies you’ve used in the event you need to find them again or want to submit your page to a magazine for publication.
- Set up different Catalogs to speed up your digi-scrapping.
- We will discuss how to organize your photos so you can find them quickly by the person in the photo, the date the photo was taken, or the event.

Laying the Groundwork
Learn the essentials of digital scrapbooking with Photoshop Elements. Even if you think you already know the basics you’ll be surprised how much you will learn in this class. Learn how to:
- Import your photos and digital scrapbook supplies into your computer and understand where they are located on your computer.
- Unzip folders you’ve downloaded from digital scrapbooking websites.
- Open your photos & digital scrapbooking supplies in Photoshop Elements.
- Back up your photos and digital scrapbook supplies to protect against a computer crash or natural disaster.
- Easily customize Photoshop Elements to make digital scrapbooking easier.
- Understand the different file types available in Photoshop Elements and how to use them.
- Add photos to a quick page.
- Add text to a quick page two different ways
- Recolor the quick page.
- Work with layers-Don’t worry it’s much easier than you think!
- Save and store your finished projects in various file types.

Basic Digital Page
You know the essentials so now we’ll cover the basics of how to make a digital page. Learn how to:
- Set up a new scrapbook page.
- Move and arrange multiple photos and digital scrapbook supplies on a scrapbook page using different techniques.
- How to crop an image on a scrapbook page.
- Mat a photo several different ways.
- Add drop shadows that look realistic and how to apply them quickly to all layers.
- Add text to your page including easy ways to resize and change your fonts.
- Work with multiple layers and layer styles.
- Save and store your finished projects in various file types.

Speed Scrapping with Templates

Basic Hybrid Page
You’ve learned how to make a quick page and digital page now we’ll teach you how to add traditional embellishments to your page and make a hybrid page.
Learn how to:
- Use your photos to make custom backgrounds and titles.
- Work with multiple layers and layer styles.
- Add traditional embellishments so that they are in the right proportion to your page.
- Save and store your finished projects in various file types.
- Use a text path to print your text in a shape.
Bring to class:

Traditional embellishments to use on your page that coordinate with your photos if desired
Brushes
Brushes are the equivalent of a digital rubber stamp, punch or die cut but with many more advantages. With a digital brush you can stamp in any size and color without ever buying another stamp pad, plus they’re neatly hidden in your computer requiring no special storage boxes. In this class you’ll learn how to:
- Load/Install brushes
- Stamp Brushes in different sizes and colors
- Use special techniques with your brushes
- Use brushes to make your own scrapbook paper
